Update on Vital’s Board of Directors

Vital is pleased to share an update to its Board of Directors. Peter Bromley of UPS Healthcare Canada has been appointed to Vital’s Board as a Director. Peter has served as an Observer on the Board since 2023, contributing his industry expertise and perspective to Board and Committee discussions. Peter also serves as Chair of Vital’s Finance Committee, where he provides leadership and oversight on key financial matters.

Peter leads the finance function at UPS Healthcare Canada following the acquisition of Andlauer Healthcare Group by UPS Healthcare in 2025. He was the Chief Financial Officer for Andlauer Healthcare from 2019 through 2025. Prior to joining Andlauer Healthcare, Peter spent 25 years in various commercial, operational, and strategy roles at UPS Supply Chain Solutions in the healthcare sector, including 12 years in Europe developing UPS’ healthcare capabilities abroad.

We are pleased to welcome Peter to his new role as Director and look forward to his continued contributions to Vital’s governance and strategic direction.
